The placeholder fee is paid only once when the student receives the school’s acceptance notice. Within 7 days of receiving the acceptance notice, students must pay a placeholder fee to ensure that the student has a place to attend the school in that school year. When students pay tuition fees for the year, the placeholder fee will be deducted from the tuition fee.
Students who have paid placeholder fees but do not attend school will not be refunded.

Registration fee is paid once for new students when enrolling in the school. Parents pay this fee when paying for their child’s school fees. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

- Fees for research and development of study programs, fees for updating information technology applications, supplementing books and stories, and upgrading libraries.
- Fees to buy programs outside the main course for students.

– In the case of one-way travel, the cost of the bus is equal to 60% of 2-way cost.
– In the case of siblings in the same house, the second and third students are discounted 30% of total home shuttle fee.
- Insurance expenses, textbooks of Vietnamese and international system: These amounts are not required to be purchased, except for school supplies as prescribed by the school. Calculated according to the actual arising, these amounts fluctuate in the range from 3,000,000 VND to 4,000,000 VND.
WITHDRAWING FROM SCHOOL AND REFUNDING THE TUITION:
The procedure for withdrawing from school
Parents send “Application for Withdrawing from School “ to the Board of Directors 02 months before the date the student is expected to stop studying at the school. The school will refund tuition and fees (if any).
Provisions on reimbursement of fees:
– When the Parents complete the above procedure, the settlement amount is the balance after deducting the fees according to the number of months (the students have studied) and is calculated in full month according to the fee excluding exemptions and reductions. The school will refund the fee after 10 working days from the student’s last day of school.
– Refund the eating fee: The school will settle the actual number of meals and refund at the end of each semester. The eating fee is refundable only in case there is an Application for Absence from School from Parents and the period of absence includes 03 consecutive working days or more.

DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT:

PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES LATE COMPARED TO THE PRESCRIBED DEADLINE:
– The school will apply an interest rate penalty of 2% per week on the total unpaid fee when overdue.
– In special cases: payment of tuition fees shall not exceed 30 days from the date of the last prescribed deadline.
